The Dovo 4-580 ; Straight Razor, has been produced by hand, going through 80 labour-intensive steps to create the finished razor.

The 5/8" Carbon Steel full hollow ground blade is set in a beautiful ebony handle and the blade is finished with 24k gold Dovo etching and plating.

This straight razor is a great entry-level beginner razor. Super sharp with an understated yet high-quality ebony handle.;

All Dovo blades come out of the box ready to use, they are honed and stropped in Germany before being packaged in their beautiful and sturdy packaging.;

Depending on the softness of your beard, we would recommend a very slight strop of your blade after about 5 consecutive shaves or when the blade starts to tug during your shave.;
