The Dovo 105-5865 Straight Razor is probably the finest Dovo razor there is produced by hand, going through 80 labour intensive steps.

The 5/8" Carbon Steel full hollow ground blade is set in a beautiful faux ivory coloured handle, the blade is ice tampered with a mirror-polished finish and a 24k gold Dovo etching and plating.

All Dovo blades come out of the box ready to use, they are honed and stropped in Germany before being packaged in their beautiful and sturdy packaging.;

Depending on the softness of your beard, we would recommend a very slight strop of your blade after about 5 consecutive shaves or when the blade starts to tug during your shave.;
