By becoming a member of a MUAZO and providing MUAZO with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers (Our emails refer to your MUAZO membership and the products & services we offer including clothes, jewellery, sunglasses, accessories etc.) which we think may be of interest to you, the information may also be used to notify you of products and services of third parties, which may be of interest to you.
3 Opting out of Communication
All MUAZO members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails, postal, telephone) from us and/or selected third parties we recommend you opt-out by contacting the customer care team via email.
4 Checking your details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to MUAZO you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address, telephone number or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information - write it down and keep it somewhere safe.

7. Zero Tolerance Abuse Policy; No member of the Muazo team should be required or feel obliged to deal with any customer either face to face, over the phone or in correspondence, who is exhibiting threatening, abusive or violent behaviour. In any of these circumstances, a member of the team has the right to refuse to serve that customer.
Threatening behaviour is defined as, but not limited to, threats of violence to members of staff or any other person which is, for example; sexist, racist or homophobic; including intimidating language, swearing and/or aggressive body language. At no point will threats of negative reviews be taken lightly, such threats will be treated the same as any other type of threat, such as the type detailed above. All abuse will be taken seriously and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All requested details will be handed over to the Police if requested for the purpose of investigation and in line with data protection and GDPR.
