Named after a Bicycle J.J. Corry invented, This first release by Chapel Gate Whiskey took two years to develop. 

Using very rare mature Irish Whiskey to create a Classic Irish Whiskey, one bursting with juicy fruit flavours. 

1st batch is limited to 7500 bottles.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh and delicate aromas of orange blossom, honey, vanilla, lime and lemon.

Palate: Juicy and lively with flavours of fresh oranges, apples, honey, mandarin, vanilla and ginger. A well-blended whiskey with no harsh elements.
