Moonshot Gin is Literally made entirely with botanicals that have been sent to space.

Cubeb, fresh lemon peel, chamomile flowers, cardamom, and dried bitter orange peel are among the botanicals that were sent into the stratosphere at an altitude of at least 20km, where they were exposed to extremely low pressures.

To top it all off, moon rock from an actual lunar meteorite was chucked into the botanical mix. An absolutely interstellar gin!

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Candied peels, starfruit, warming juniper and lemon thyme.

Palate: Cassia and black pepper. Rounded citrus flesh sweetness, with a subtle savoury edge.

Finish: A touch of lemon sherbet, but it doesn't make things overly sweet as it's balanced by the coriander seed and notes of ginger beer and grapefruit
