We can't ship alcohol to Canada, Russia or Brazil,
Also, due to USA state import restrictions, we are not allowed to deliver to:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota or Utah.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. Please note it is your responsibility to insure the correct delivery address has been provided we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping can only be extended to those wishing to keep their purchase. If you are requesting a refund when returning your order the free shipping offer will become void and we have the right to deduct our initial delivery cost incurred. This does not apply to refunds being requested on orders that are being returned where you have bought multiple items and are only returning part of your order which holds a value that still qualifies for a Free Delivery.
ROYAL MAIL : Some service will require a signature whiles others are just tracked . MUAZO does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
FIRST TIME ORDERS To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary. For security, customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
EUROPEAN ORDERS All orders dispatched outside the UK for delivery in the EU will be delivered using ROYAL MAIL ‘Airsure’ and ‘International Signed for’ where ‘Airsure’ is not available or next alternative. Both services provide a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. Please Note: tracking is not available to some international destinations.
TRACK MY ORDER Upon dispatch of your order we will email you a tracking email so you are able to check your order status and be kept up to date with your consignment. If you are not in when ROYAL MAIL try to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection or to pick up your parcel from your local ROYAL MAIL. While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within 14 days.
If items are returned to us within 14 days in a perfect, unused, re-sellable condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you the value you paid minus the cost of shipping via the original method of payment.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible and cancel your order before it is dispatched.

When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks there may be a slight delay. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s) less any shipping , taxes or import duties incurred.
