1 Return or exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with the original invoice to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 day from receipt of goods in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an impulse buy or simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at the manager’s discretion for loss of resalable value. Postage cost is none refundable. You are responsible for your own shipping cost to send products back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked stated in the product description.Please note:
· The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
· The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
· If the Item you are returning is for a refund then Please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days from us receiving the products back.
