All Standard domestic orders are dispatched using ROYAL MAIL 1st Class
Recorded, which requires a signature upon receipt of the goods. Standard delivery within
mainland UK is a fixed cost of £3.99 per order and free when spending over
£150. Most orders will be delivered within 2 business days of dispatch. Please
note Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.

ROYAL MAIL ensures that your goods are correctly signed for. MUAZO does not accept liability for any
delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you
leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg
shed, garage neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to
receive your parcel.
FIRST TIME ORDERS
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the
address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it
appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in
accurately so that we can contact you if necessary. For security, customers may
also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
All orders dispatched outside the UK for delivery in the EU will be delivered using ROYAL
MAIL ‘Airsure’ and ‘International Signed for’ where ‘Airsure’ is not available.
Both services provide a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
TRACK MY ORDER
Upon dispatch of your order we will email you a tracking email so you are able to
check your order status and be kept up to date with your consignment.
If you are not in when ROYAL MAIL try to deliver your parcel, a card will be left
giving you the option to re-arrange collection or to pick up your parcel from
your local ROYAL MAIL.

RETURN or EXCHANGE
To return an item to us you must notify MUAZO CUSTOMER SERVICE team via email or the Contact page within 7 days of receipt.
By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 days from receipt of goods
in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an impulse buy or
simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you buy period".
All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they
are not, a charge may be made at the manager’s discretion for loss of resalable
value. If you fail to return the item with in the agreed condition a credit
note will be issued.
We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge.
This is unless your order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, or the entire order was faulty or incorrect.
Returns postage cost is none refundable unless the item you are sending back is faulty on receipt, in this case we will only refund the cost marked on the package not any associated costs such as packaging.
You are responsible for your own shipping cost
to send products back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can
prove we have taken delivery. Some products are non-returnable; these are
clearly marked stated in the product description.
Making a purchase on the MUAZO website means you have understood and agree to the terms and conditions including the returns policy as stated within the MUAZO

· The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection,
we recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable delivery service that
insures you for the value of the goods.
· The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
· If the Item you are returning is for a refund then Please be aware that refunds
can take up to 30 days from the point we receive the products back.

Due to health laws: In-ear earphones, microphones, ear plugs and other products
that have contact with the ear, nose or throat cannot be returned once the seal
has been broken, you cannot try them on. We reserve the right to send any
returned headphones back again if we believe they have been opened and/or used.
